workout today

Me doing Over head squat 65 lbs.



       

TODAY I AM 7 WEEKS AND 3 DAYS PREGNANT!!! :)  
 
 
   "Baby mama WOD" (workout of the day) :
 
4 rounds of:
 
-400meter run
-15 Overhead squats (65#)


These workouts are done at a careful pace, maintaining a heart rate under 140 a.k.a. I should be able to talk throughout my entire workout.

So far, I haven't had any morning sickness or nausea. My boobs however are noticeably heavier, fuller and pretty sore. I'm almost positive I can taste the freaking hormones in my mouth, my mood swings are kind of ridiculous. I am BLOATED and GASSY. That's about it as far as my symptoms go. Goodnight babyloves!!
